Booking, deposits & cancellations
Online bookings are requests until your deposit is paid. Treatments need booking at least 48 hours ahead, and consultations are free.
- A 50% deposit secures your treatment
- After you book, you'll get an email with Mel's bank details and your payment reference
- Pay the deposit at least 24 hours before your appointment, and Mel will confirm your booking
- The balance is paid at your appointment, or you can pay in full up front
- Deposits are non-refundable
- If you've paid in full and cancel at least 24 hours before, you'll get a full refund
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice aren't refunded
