When you send an enquiry through this website we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message. We also count page visits in total (which pages are viewed and how often). That counting doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission. Enquiries are stored securely by our website provider, Webfreezee, on our behalf.

When you book an appointment online, your booking is handled by Cal.com, our booking provider. Cal.com collects your name, email address, the appointment you choose, any notes you add and, for injectable treatments, your confirmation that you're 18 or over. It sends your booking emails and stores your booking on our behalf. You can read how Cal.com handles personal data in its privacy policy.

For treatments that need a deposit, we email you our bank details and a booking reference using Resend, our email provider, which processes your name and email address to deliver the email. Deposits are paid by bank transfer, so we see your name and reference on our bank statement; we keep payment records only as long as we need them for our accounts. Cal.com and Resend may store data outside the UK, with safeguards in place.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
